It's my mother's birthday today, so we're awaiting an invasion of relatives in the afternoon.
I didn't get much writing done - apparently the air-condition in my hotel room in Ljubljana or the non-existent AC but open windows on the train home didn't do me good. My left hand often feels numb, the doctor thinks my neck is to blame. :(

So, I am to move as much as I can, not sit around, not lie down either (and I do feel some pain if I spend some time sitting down and my left hand gets numb if I lie down for a longer time). So I only typed out what I managed to write on the train to SI, which is about half a chapter of Misogynists. I have one chapter of Stormy Weather finished, though - could post that, I suppose, since ANI is so very quiet at the moment.

False alarm. My mother's comp is not broken down, it was just a problem that she couldn't handle but my brother could. By the time I got home on Wednesday, it was already fixed, so yay!

I spent almost all day yesterday writing - was working on The Misogynist Club. Yes, I know, I've got plenty of other stories I should be working on, but I felt like working on that particular one. ;)I won't post it yet though.

Tomorrow I'll be off to Salzburg to meet a friend (she lives in Vienna, so we usually meet in Salzburg, which is almost in the middle). ;) The weather's supposed to be fine, and I do hope we'll get a table on the Tomaselli terrace for once (but, being realistic, I know we probably won't. But there's a Cafe Sacher too....).

I'll also have to grade some tests till Monday. *blergh* But .... it's the last test for this particular group in this school year! Good thing - they've been giving me enough trouble as it was.

Or so my brother thinks. He hasn't had a marten-related damage in his car since the day before yesterday. He thinks it's the Perfect Marten Trap. I hope so for his sake. They spent hours fixing it, after all.

My kitchen tiles are fixed too. My dad and I went to my flat yesterday, and finished the work. Now my kitchen looks like a kitchen - YAY!

As for writing, I'm sort of torn whether or not to let the hero realise what he's done wrong. I've got a perfect opportunity for the heroine to mention it, but on the other hand it would be much more dramatic if I let him propose first. Tormenting men again, you see. ;-)
