Almost back to work

Work starts on Monday, but I went to school yesterday, to see my boss and ask him what sort of lessons I'll have to teach this year. Well, it seems I'm in a fair way to becoming a music teacher - I'll have to teach 3 classes in music this year. Only one history class, though this is the subject I studied. I don't complain really, I like music, I know a lot about music, I can sing and play the guitar so I suppose I can teach it. BUT I want to teach some more history as well.

Anyway, my boss was so relieved I didn't refuse to teach music classes that he hugged me and called me "a dear". V. bad. I mean, he's not exactly an adonis, and I'm not exactly fond of him either. In future, I will have to keep at least 2 metres distance when talking to him.

Paid 38 Euros at the petrol station. :-( Will have to rethink my driving habits - no more unnecessary drives, and I'm thinking of getting myself a bike to get to work in good weather. I've no intention to work just to be able to afford to drive to work.

Just had a look in at the local branch of that sports store that offered the bike I wanted for 199 Euros. Of course, that particular bike is sold out, I could have had one for 399 Euros, double the price. Of course. *grin* I'll keep looking.
