More health issues

ladysusanOK, 2 weeks ago I suddenly felt my left arm go numb one evening as I lay in bed. It didn't go away, so the next day I went to see a doctor. He told me not to worry, it was probably a problem with my spine, and with some massages and plenty of exercise I'd be fine again. Well, the problem didn't go away but actually got worse - now my left leg, too, goes numb at times, including the left side of my face, and my right arm. Wonderful.
I went to see another doctor on Monday, he sent me to the CT for yesterday, where they didn't find anything wrong with my spine. He therefore gave me a referral to the local hospital and asked me to get an appointment as soon as possible.
I didn't get an appointment, but went there this morning without one. I know it takes weeks to get an appointment, and I didn't want to wait.
The neurologist there didn't find anything so far, but they took about a litre of my blood (10 blood samples at one and the same time. I'm quite an oddity, according to the nurse who took them), they're going to test my nerves tomorrow, and I've another MRT appointment in 2 weeks. Am going to see that neurologist again in late September. See, I was serious when I said it takes ages to get an appointment there. Better to take them unawares.
Anyway, I don't know what this is, but it has been worrying me a great deal.
I wasn't able to go online for a couple of days, but when I did today I was highly amused by Mona's post in TR. That made my day. :)
I did start on another SO chapter, just didn't get very far. I'm more in a CC mood, to be honest.
